Feeding the Hungry. 25% of Families in Maryland are food insecure and face hunger. ICA has distributed over 2,000,000 lbs of food to needy families during the pandemic.

About YOGA

SEVA is an important concept in India (saha, meaning "with that," and eva, meaning "too," which together mean "together with." Selfless service). “Seva” is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service” or work performed without any thought of reward or repayment. In ancient India seva was believed to help one’s spiritual growth and at the same time contribute to the improvement of a community. Seva is Sanskrit word with Hindu origin. 

As a part of ICA's Covid response, ICA has distributed over 2 million lbs of food  to struggling families in our community.
