ICA was appointed to the Howard County CENSUS Complete Count Committee. The census is important, easy and safe. Your information will never be shared with anyone.  For everyone who doesn't participate in the census, the County loses $18,000.00 of Federal Funding. Everyone Counts! Please participate.
